Generation Exchange
For my Strat Com Research Methods course, I worked with a team to pinpoint how our client can become a more sustainable non-profit. Generation Exchange seeks to connect generations through technology by holding one-on-one workshops with younger and older adult participants. My team and I found four common themes after conducting secondary research on the non-profit industry and technology-related generation gap. We used these four themes to analyze partner relationships based on recorded interviews and participant feedback forms.
